World Colors -

The original tracks of royalty free music found on World Colors were produced to reflect a wide range of ethnic musical styles; primitive, tribal, historical and contemporary and features the various instruments indigenous to the genre while remaining authentic to musical idiom in which they are found. World Colors was created to be used in a variety of production music, background music and music on hold applications and is a valuable addition to any stock music library.

The twenty three tracks found in this royalty free collection of world music feature live, premier performances by professional studio musicians and the superb audio quality found throughout the album was designed to meet the demands of all video production professionals, directors, producers and editors with the goal being to provide music that best complements the visuals and voice over productions and enhances it overall production values.

Dawn of Time and Early Civilization portray raw, earthy images and evoke a sense of primitive man's tribal rituals. Utilizing authentic instruments and rhythms these tracks can transport the listener to the beginning of time as well as to the isolated parts of today's world. Global Groove 1 and Global Groove 2 incorporate world instruments and contemporary harmonies in a unique blend of the old and the new. Alternate versions are included. New World Anthem and New World Anthem showcase boys choir singing over jazzy pop harmonies that transcend all borders. In total, five versions of these themes are available, including alternate mixes and underscores. Celtic music has wide appeal as well as application and World Colors includes two authentic themes in this genre. Fiddle Celtic Rock is a lively fiddle reel with rhythms that can be utilized in a range of settings that call for energetic music. Tinwhistle, in the same spirit as Fiddle Celtic Rock, provides an alternate choice with tinwhistle. Sacred Hymn, a contemporary anthem with global ambience, features vocalists from the London Symphony Choir singing classical harmonies in contrast with an intricate percussion track. Finally, Global Rites blends a tribal chant and drums with pop harmonies to create swirling, frenetic dance images.

As with all of the Crank City Theme series cds, supplemental tracks are included that provide the producer the opportunity to create detailed and varied musical scores based on a main theme. Solo-only, percussion only, alternate instrumentation and underscores all allow for a broad range of editing options that will result in a more dynamic soundtrack.
