The Perfect Corporate Video In 4 Easy Steps
Once upon a time, my favorite custom music client, Craig Miller of www.craigmiller.tv would always say the same thing before I scored his videos: gotta build. It's gotta go somewhere .If you've got one weekend, some staff snapshots, a tiny bit of B-roll footage, a decently-lit interview with the company president and, of course an annual subscription to Music royalty free , then here's your game plan (we've already picked the music out for you!):
Video Open (fonts over slidehow of company photos):
Shugga Shugg (# SC101364 ) . Is a nice cheery theme with a clean electric guitar, and a whistle melody that sets a laidback, but energetic vibe that is the ideal Slideshow music .
Bumper music over intro card of company president:
Now And Then (#BF201992) . Ethereal guitar elements that say, “Something serious is about to happen. Pay attention.”
Insightful interview with company president:
Ave Maria with Cello and Harp (#RFM111351) conveys a classic, pleasant vibe that doesn't interfere, but rather enhances, the identity of the subject…..kind of a like a tailored suit. This particular track is Public domain music and will sound elegant and familiar to your audience.
Final Section of Video (B-roll footage):
Cydonia (#SC101392) is a positive, hopeful piece of orchestral music that would perfectly compliment the little B-roll you have to use.
If only video producers had killer closing music like this available via online subscriptions back then!
