The Heartland Acoustic Album

We're often asked by customers if they should be using full length tracks for their projects (like the tracks found on our brand-spankin' new CD of royalty free corporate music "Heartland Acoustic # #SCLNB08") or if they should use the short music loops sets as found onElectronic Loops Volume 1
#RFM1484. Most long-form video customers prefer full length tracks because those stock musictracks are low maintenance. They can just fly in one big stereo MP3 and go. However, Flash & PowerPoint designers that use web-delivery often need to be judicious about file size. Our loop sets are actually 1 long track broken into 3 or 4 shorter loops. With loop sets, size-conscious designers can have their application recycle and re-loop a smaller pool of audio files rather than just play one giant file end-to-end. Sometimes the 5th consecutive chorus of that goofy Euro-techno track isn’t much different than the 3rd or 4th chorus. It's all subjective to creativity of course, but in a copyright free musictrack, sometimes "more cowbell" isn't worth "more file size."
