5 Reasons Your On Hold Music May Not Be Legal

-Your public performance license is not a "Direct Performance License."

-You're not paying license fees to BMI or ASCAP.

-Your on hold music equipment supplier didn't have permission to sell you the music in the first place.

-You've expanded the number of physical locations that actually use the music.

-You didn't buy it from RoyaltyFreeMusic. We own the copyrights to all of our music and are in compliance with US copyright law.

Check out our CD compilations of copyright free music for on hold applications here.
