You MAY:

-Use our music in websites, internet broadcasts and podcasts.

-Use our music in event, educational, promotional or corporate audio/video productions.

-Use our music in public venue presentations, on-hold systems and retail locations (up to 5 physical locations).

-Distribute our music on DVD or CD (up to 5,000 physical units).

-Use our music in television, radio and cable broadcasts.  (Cue sheets must be submitted to us via email or fax. Cue sheets do not incur charges to you or your client. Click here for our 1-page form).

- Modify or alter our music as necessary for your use.

You MAY NOT:

- Use our music in more than five (5) physical locations without written permission.

-Air our music on TV or radio without submitting a cue sheet to us.

- Distribute more than five thousand (5,000) physical units of our music without written permission.

- Use our music to compete with Jupiterimages Corp in any way.

-Incorporate our music into a new copyrighted work without written permission.
