How do we qualify for access to the library?

Applicants must fill out and e-mail a brief form to us, for review.

You will be able to sample a number of tracks on the sample page.

If you decide that you would like to use our music, review the license agreement, fill out the application form and e-mail it to us.

Upon approval, how do we access the music?

Upon receipt of written approval, you will print out and sign the license agreement, and fax it to us.

You will then be provided access to the library.

How do we secure a synchronization license to use the music contained in your library?

A synchronization and performance license will be granted to applicants who are approved.

The license for music that is used will be in perpetuity.

The right to use the music will be in place for a period of 12 months from the acceptance and approval of the application, and will be limited to use in the specific program or production that has been approved.

Unauthorized use of the music, or violation of the license agreement will result in revocation of the license agreement, and use of the library.

If we use the music, must we attribute you as the source of the music?

Yes, you must cite the name of the composer, publisher, and performer for each piece of music that is used.

All applicable cue sheets are to be filed with the appropriate performing rights organization, in a timely manner. Copies of the cue sheets must be faxed, emailed, or mailed to us, in a timely manner.

What format will the music be available in?

WAV or MP3.

If we cannot locate a specific type of music within the library, would it be possible to have custom music created for our project?

Yes. Time permitting we could record music designed specifically for your project, for a pre-approved fee. * Terms and conditions would be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Are there any restrictions or limitations as far as the use of the music?

Yes. The music may not be used in local or cable TV programming, independent films, or any other medium, other than outlined herein, without prior written permission.

The music may not be used in any manner, in conjunction with any film or television program other than the approved film or program.

Unauthorized use of the music, or violation of the license agreement will result in revocation of the license agreement, and use of the library.
